How this is calculated
The stay cost is your nightly rate multiplied by nights. The cleaning fee is added as entered. The platform's guest service fee is applied to the stay + cleaning subtotal at a typical rate of roughly 14% (industry ranges run approximately 12–16%). The direct total skips that fee entirely. Your estimated savings equal the guest service fee amount.
